US Shipments

We ship Delivered Duty Paid from our Washington warehouse to the US and Puerto Rico via industry leading couriers. After our team has processed your order, you will receive an automatically generated email from our system with tracking number. Packages typically arrive within 5-9 business days depending on what service you chose at checkout.

What happens if I am not at home?

Packages are typically left at the front door or as indicated in the customer notes section during checkout. The courier will leave a delivery notice if the first delivery attempt is not successful.

Canadian and Mexican Shipments

We ship from Vancouver, BC to the rest of Canada and to Mexico via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or your chosen courier at checkout. After our team has processed your order, you will receive an automatically generated email from our system with tracking number. Canadian packages typically arrive within 2-7 business days depending on what province you are in (Eastern provinces take longer). Mexican packages can take up to 10 business days depending on customs processing.

How can I cancel my order?

Send us a message including your full name, email and order number using the contact form and we will ensure your cancellation request is fulfilled immediately.

US Shipment FAQs | Shipping Policy Update as of August 29, 2025 

  1. What is changing for U.S. customers starting August 29, 2025?

The U.S. government is ending the De Minimis exemption for imports under $800. This means all Magped orders shipped to the U.S. will now be subject to tariffs, duties, and customs processing fees.

  1. How is Magped handling this change?

To keep your experience seamless, we are:

  • Opening a U.S. warehouse so your orders ship domestically and avoid border delays
  • Shipping all orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means required import fees are included at checkout — no surprise bills later
  1. Why am I seeing an additional 10% fee at checkout?

Magped must now pay 18% in tariffs and duties to bring products into the U.S. The 10% fee at checkouthelps us cover a portion of these additional customs and administrative costs while ensuring delivery is still fast and hassle-free.

  1. Will I have to pay any extra charges when my order arrives?

No. Since we ship Delivered Duty Paid, all required fees are taken care of at checkout. You won’t receive surprise bills from couriers or customs.

  1. Why can’t Magped just absorb the full tariff cost?

We truly wish we could. Unfortunately, the removal of De Minimis and the new import requirements significantly increase our operating costs. The 10% fee allows us to continue delivering Magped products to U.S. riders reliably and without hidden charges, while still keeping prices as fair as possible.
