30 Day Money Back Guarantee

We know trying a new product is a big decision, and we are happy to give you peace of mind with our 30 day money back guarantee for lightly used pedals. This policy is valid for return of pedals within 30 days of them being delivered to you. Please note, return shipping to Canada is at the buyers’ expense and we do not provide return shipping labels. We stand by our product and have less than a 1% return rate worldwide.

Before you return

Given the unique technology, our pedals often take a few rides and adjustments to get them dialed in. A key thing to ensuring a strong connection is your magnet height. We have several set up and maintenance videos that will help – please checkout our FAQ section.

How do I return?

Please send us an email at support@magped.us to let us know you are returning the pedals, and then carefully follow the instructions below:

US RETURNS

If you are shipping back from the US (to avoid custom duties) please follow the instructions below when packaging up your return with your courier of choice:

1.) Description field: Ensure you select or write ‘Cdn Goods Returned’ followed by a description of the items, e.g. Cdn Good Returned – Magnetic bike pedals

2.) Nature of transaction field: Ensure you select “Returned Goods” option which will be displayed on the package label (please do NOT select “Other,” “Sale of Goods,” or “Gift”)

3.) HS Tarriff Code: Write the following clearly on the outside of the package: “RETURN TO SENDER HS TARIFF CODE 9813”

Refunds

The purchase price of the pedals (less original shipping) will be refunded back to the original method of payment immediately upon arrival of the returned goods. For credit card refunds, it may take up to 10 days before you see the refund hit your credit card statement.

Defective goods

Defective goods will be replaced immediately and free of charge, unless the damage was incurred by the customer.
