    Number one the pedals are great. I rode flats and clip-less for years and I wanted that in between and these are it. Now I think if you have rode clip-less You will want the strong plates because they make a big difference. Once I got the strong plates that made these petals perfect in my eyes. I highly suggest them.

    I find these plates quite an improvement upon the oem plates.
    They feel similar to clip pedals being that the upstroke gives me more power. Releasing is extremely facile and intuitive. I am very pleased with the pedals and will continue to utilize them for the foreseeable future.
