Single-sided “all-purpose” pedal, can use other side as a flat.
Our redesigned, classic single-sided magnetic pedal, the SPORT2 is perfect for gravel, cross-country and everything in between. Offering the perfect compromise between flat and clip-in pedals, SPORT2 features a strong, light CNC cut aluminum body with CrMo spindle, improved bearing system and four colours to choose from.

Technology
Magped is all about precision engineering. Our pedals are built to last with three high-quality, sealed bearings for smooth, effortless pedalling. Our replaceable pins ensure long-lasting grip. The powerful neodymium magnet is finely tuned with our integrated polymer damper for optimal performance and safety.
Magped magnetic pedals are not equipped with a firm mechanical connection comparable to standard clipless pedals. The magnetic force is impacted by several factors e.g. magnet size, dirt, wear and direction of force applied. An unintended disconnection from the pedals is possible at any point of time.

My dad quit using clip-ins altogether because it got too dangerous for him too. I like being able to use all of my legs muscles and pull up on my pedals and not just push down. I saw an ad for these pedals and figured maybe they were worth a shot. I called my dad when I found the website and ordered mine, and he ordered some for himself too! We BOTH LOVE them!! These pedals really truly work. I set the magnet strength where they release quickly and easily, yet the magnet can still keep the pedal on my foot and let me pull up when I’m riding. I sent a message making sure that if any pieces were missing, they would ship new ones. They assured me they would and refunded me the shipping fees. After I tried the first product, Road 2 pedals, I felt they weren't quite what I was looking for. I was able to return the product hassle-free. I ordered the Magped Sport 2 pedal which I absolutely love! Great product. I get the benefits of being clipped in without the fear of getting stuck.

Verified ownerThe pedals are very high quality, and adjustments easy to make. Once installed and adjusted, they have a feel similar to SPD pedals. I found that it took a lot of trial and error to get the gap between magnet and shoe plate correct. I have a particular problem because my right foot is a prosthetic and takes a lot of adjustment to keep the foot contacting the pedal pins while allowing rotation to free the foot.
